After holding the first workshop on November 13, 2019, OPPA held a second workshop with the theme "Business Knowledge". Located at Midtown Hotel Surabaya, the workshop was attended by all the participants of the first batch of accelerator programs: Robries, Wehasta, Loh Jinawi, CV Alief Karya, APSI, Peduli Sungai Surabaya River, Surabaya Central Waste Bank, and Anggrek Sectoral Waste Bank. This time the workshop presenter was a professional trainer in the business field, Wiwik Erly.
The workshop material was divided into five sessions: business concepts, service blueprint, business model canvas, grow models, and basic knowledge of the circular economic system. The participants were also given the task to rewrite their business and activities in the format that was provided by the speaker. Some participants are quite familiar with some of these concepts, while some other participants have never used them at all.
The main purpose of the workshop material this time is to increase general business knowledge and also review the business models of the participants. Some participants are still not used to write down their business concepts and also revenue or growth systems into a document. With the material and practice, the participants are expected to start running their business more professionally and conceptually.
In addition to the workshop material sessions, participants were also invited to practice to introduce themselves and get to know the other person with the speed networking method. The participants were divided into two groups. One group will standby and another group will take turns visiting each group member who is on standby. The participants will ask each other a number of basic questions within the time limit, if the bell has rang then the participant must immediately move to another participant.

Setelah mengadakan workshop pertama pada tanggal 13 November 2019 lalu, OPPA kembali mengadakan workshop kedua dengan tema “Pengetahuan Bisnis”. Bertempat di Midtown Hotel Surabaya, workshop dihadiri oleh seluruh peserta angkatan pertama program akselerator yaitu: Robries, Wehasta, Loh Jinawi, CV Alief Karya, APSI, Peduli Sungai Surabaya, Bank Sampah Induk Surabaya, dan Bank Sampah Sektoral Anggrek. Pemateri workshop kali ini adalah seorang trainer profesional di bidang bisnis yaitu Wiwik Erly.
Materi workshop dibagi menjadi lima sesi yaitu konsep bisnis, service blueprint, business model canvas, grow model, dan pengetahuan dasar sistem ekonomi sirkular. Para peserta juga diberi tugas untuk menuliskan ulang bisnis dan kegiatan masing-masing dalam format yang telah disediakan oleh pemateri. Beberapa peserta cukup familiar dengan beberapa konsep tersebut, sementara sebagian peserta lainnya belum pernah menggunakannya sama sekali.
Tujuan utama dari workshop kali ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan bisnis secara umum dan juga mengkaji ulang model bisnis yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing peserta. Sebagian peserta memang masih belum terbiasa menuangkan konsep bisnis dan juga sistem revenue atau pertumbuhan dalam sebuah dokumen. Dengan adanya materi dan praktik, para peserta diharapkan bisa mulai menjalankan bisnisnya dengan lebih profesional dan terkonsep.
Selain sesi materi workshop, peserta juga diajak berlatih untuk memperkenalkan diri dan mengenal lawan bicara dengan metode speed networking. Para peserta dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Satu kelompok akan standby dan satu kelompok lain akan bergiliran mendatangi tiap anggota kelompok yang standby. Para peserta akan saling menanyakan beberapa pertanyaan dasar dalam waktu yang telah dibatasi, jika bel telah berbunyi maka peserta harus segera pindah ke peserta yang lain.
